How we work

# No black boxes. You approve every change.

A short, predictable rhythm: the Command Center watches, ARGUS drafts, we decide what's worth doing, you approve, we ship, and the result gets measured. Here's exactly what that looks like.

The first 30 days

## From fit call to first fixes shipped.

1. **Fit call**

  30 minutes, free. Your goals, your store, and an honest answer on whether we can help.

2. **Connect**

  We set up your Command Center with read-only access. You add us as a collaborator; we do the rest.

3. **Find and rank**

  Every page, product, keyword and campaign checked, and every problem given a dollar figure.

4. **First fixes**

  A walkthrough of the findings, the top fixes drafted, and the first ones shipped as soon as you approve.

The approval model

## Drafted, reviewed, approved. Then shipped and measured.

Nothing changes on your store until you say so. That isn't a setting; it's how the Command Center is built.

- Each change arrives with what it is, why it matters and how we'll measure it

- Theme changes go to a separate branch with a preview link you can click through

- You approve, decline, or ask a question first. Every decision is logged

- After it ships, the result is tracked against the same days before

## What we need from you

- A collaborator account on your Shopify store

- Read-only access to Search Console, analytics, ads and Merchant Center

- One person who can approve changes, usually within two days

- Your goals, honestly: revenue, margin, a launch, a sale

## What we don't do

- Brand design, logos or photography

- Social media posting or influencer campaigns

- Hourly billing or long lock-in contracts

- Changes on your store without your approval
