### What does JV Peak actually do?

We run growth for Shopify brands: search, AI answers, paid search, product data and site health. We do it from the JV Peak Command Center, a system that reads every channel you use. Our AI operator, ARGUS, finds problems and drafts the fixes. A senior Shopify lead checks every one. You approve, and we ship it.

### Is this an agency or software?

A service, run on our own software. You get the outcome and the people, and you can see every number and every change in your own Command Center.

### Does anything change on my store without my say?

No. Every change waits for your approval. Theme work happens on a separate branch you can preview, and nothing reaches your live store until you approve it.
