### What access do you need?

A collaborator account on your Shopify store, and read-only access to Search Console, Google Analytics, your ad accounts and Merchant Center. We never need payment details or customer passwords. The [security page](https://www.jvpeak.com/security/) has the details.

### Can our own developers do the fixes?

Yes. Every fix comes as a ready change with the reasoning attached, so your team can ship it, or we can. Many brands do a mix.

### What happens after the three weeks?

You keep the fix list, the drafted fixes and the walkthrough recording. If you start a monthly plan within 30 days, the audit fee is credited in full against it. If not, no hard feelings and no follow-up sequence.

### Do you work with Shopify Plus?

Yes. Plus, Advanced and standard Shopify. Plus adds checkout and Functions work, which we cover in engineering projects.

### Will the audit slow my store down?

No. The crawl is gentle and paced, and most of the data comes from the APIs of the tools you already use.
